An Efficient Blockchain-Based Authentication Scheme for Energy-Trading in V2G Networks

چکیده

Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) networks have been emerged as a new technology in the smart grid (SG). These allow two-way flow of energy-trading between electric vehicles (EVs) and charging stations (CSs) SG. EVs are regarded one most effective tools to reduce energy demands. It will bring great impact on our society human life. Thus, during trading CSs, various security, privacy challenges occur V2G networks. Although several proposals proposed, still there many issues like lack integrity, mutual authentication, identity privacy-preservation make system more vulnerable. Researchers used centralized which may act single point failure. So, for deploying secure SG, we propose an scheme having blockchain three communicating parties, i.e., EVs, utility center. The proposed is divided into phases, first, registration process provides second, searching makes key-generation steps faster, third, authentication them network execute transactions using Merkle Root Hash. security analysis result shows that performance evaluation results illustrate has less communication cost computation time compared existing proposals.

An Energy-Efficient Symmetric Cryptography Based Authentication Scheme for Wireless Sensor Networks

Sensor networks are ad-hoc mobile networks that include sensor nodes with limited computational and communication capabilities. They have become an economically viable monitoring solution for a wide variety of applications. Obviously, it is important to ensure security and, taking into account limited resources available in wireless sensor networks, the use of symmetric cryptography is strongly...

Proxy-based Authentication Scheme for Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks: Security Analysis and an Efficient Scheme

In vehicular ad hoc networks, message authentication using proxy vehicles was proposed to reduce the computational overhead of roadside unites. In this type of message authentication schemes, proxy vehicles with verifying multiple messages at the same time improve computational efficiency of roadside unites when there are a large number of vehicles in their coverage areas. In this paper, first ...

EEQR: An Energy Efficient Query-Based Routing Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks

Routing in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is a very challenging task due to the large number of nodes, their mobility and lack of proper infrastructure. Since the sensors are battery powered devices, energy efficiency is considered as one of the main factors in designing routing protocols in WSNs. Most of energy-aware routing protocols are mere energy savers that attempt to decrease the energy...

An Energy Efficient Mutual Authentication and Key Agreement Scheme Preserving Anonymity for Wireless Sensor Networks

WSNs (Wireless sensor networks) are nowadays viewed as a vital portion of the IoTs (Internet of Things). Security is a significant issue in WSNs, especially in resource-constrained environments. AKA (Authentication and key agreement) enhances the security of WSNs against adversaries attempting to get sensitive sensor data. Various AKA schemes have been developed for verifying the legitimate use...

Toward an energy efficient PKC-based key management system for wireless sensor networks

Due to wireless nature and hostile environment, providing of security is a critical and vital task in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). It is known that key management is an integral part of a secure network. Unfortunately, in most of the previous methods, security is compromised in favor of reducing energy consumption. Consequently, they lack perfect resilience and are not fit for applications ...
